ORDINANCE appropriating $150,428.00 out of Equipment Acquisition Consolidated Fund for Purchase of Three Emergency Response Trucks for the Houston Fire Department

Background:
Subject: S38-E25640-H - Approve an Appropriation Ordinance

  

The Director of Fleet Management Department and the City Purchasing Agent recommend that City Council approve an ordinance authorizing the appropriation of $150,428.00 out of the Equipment Acquisition Consolidated Fund (1800) for the purchase of one 14,000-lb. GVWR and  two 19,000-lb. GVWR crew cab emergency response trucks for the Houston Fire Department. The funding for these vehicles is included in the FY15 carry over budget and the adopted FY16 Equipment Acquisition Plan.
