Pursuant to Texas Transportation Code 431.101, Texas Local Government Code Chapter 394, amended City of Houston Resolution No. 1999-59 and City of Houston Ordinance Nos. 2003-1018 and 2014-1057, I am appointing or reappointing the following individuals to the Land Assemblage Redevelopment Authority Board of Directors:

David L. Collins, reappointment to Position One, for a term to expire December 30, 2017;

Vincent A. Marquez, reappointment to Position Two, for a term to expire December 30, 2017;

Matt Zeis, appointment to Position Three, for a term to expire December 30, 2017;

Stephan Fairfield, reappointment to Position Four, for a term to expire December 30, 2017; and

Nicholas Andrew Hall, reappointment to Position Five, for a term to expire December 30, 2017, and to serve as Chair.
