Summary:

ORDINANCE establishing City of Houston Election Precincts and Designating Polling Places for the City of Houston Runoff Election to be held on December 12, 2015

Background:

The Texas Election Code requires that City Council establish precincts and designate polling places for the City of Houston Runoff Election to be held on December 12, 2015.  Sections 2.026 and 4.003 of the Election Code require the City to post notice of the Runoff Election with a list of precincts and polling places.
