SPECIFIC EXPLANATION:
It is recommended that City Council approve a pipeline permit pursuant to the provisions of Article IX of Chapter 40 of the Code of Ordinances, authorizing Ballard Exploration Company, Inc, a Texas Corporation to construct, operate, maintain, improve, repair and replace one new pipeline for the underground transportation of materials under portions of certain street rights of way in the City, as listed below and more specifically detailed in the permit ordinance:

Ballard Exploration Company, Inc, submitted the initial required application permit fee of $2,201.85 plus $1,100.92 per pipeline for a total of $3,302.77.
