SPECIFIC EXPLANATION: The General Services Department recommends approval of a Purchase and Sale Agreement between Behzad Nasizadeh (Seller) and the City of Houston (Purchaser), for the purchase of 9,000 square feet of land located at 3409 and 3411 Honsinger Street, for a purchase price of $600,000.00 plus additional acquisition expenses for the Houston Parks and Recreation Department (HPARD).
HPARD currently owns 17,024 sq. ft. of land on Wagner Street for a future park and desires to purchase this property, located east of the existing land, to expand the park site.
