ORDINANCE appropriating $249,981.20 out of Equipment Acquisition Consolidated Fund for Purchase of GPS Devices, Monitoring and Tracking Services for the Fleet Management Department

Background:

S17-H25523 - Approve an Appropriation Ordinance

 

 

Specific Explanation:

The Director of the Fleet Management Department (FMD) and the City Purchasing Agent recommend that City Council approve an ordinance authorizing the appropriation of $249,981.20 out of the Equipment Acquisition Consolidated Fund (1800) for the purchase of GPS devices, and monitoring and tracking services for the Fleet Management Department.  The funding for the GPS devices, and monitoring and tracking services is included in the adopted FY16 Equipment Acquisition Consolidated Plan.
