ORDINANCE appropriating $474,000.00 out of Equipment Acquisition Consolidated Fund for Purchase of Automated Refuse Carts for Solid Waste Management Department

S38-E25583-ILA - Approve an Appropriation Ordinance

The Director of the Solid Waste Management Department and the City Purchasing Agent recommend that City Council approve  an ordinance authorizing the appropriation of $474,000.00 out of the Equipment Acquisition Consolidated Fund (1800) for the purchase of automated refuse carts for the Solid Waste Management Department.  The funding  for the refuse carts is included in the adopted FY16 Equipment Acquisition Consolidated Plan.
