Position Three    -     MARSHALL BARD HEINS, appointment

Position Five      -     ZACHARY R. HODGES, reappointment

Position Seven   -     GLENN E. AIROLA, reappointment

Dear Council Members:

Pursuant to Texas Tax Code, Chapter 311 and City of Houston Ordinance 1999-759, I am nominating the following individuals for appointment or reappointment to the Reinvestment

Zone Number Seventeen (Memorial City), City of Houston, Texas Board of Directors,

subject to Council confirmation:

David A. Hamilton, reappointment to Position One, for a term to expire July 20, 2017;

Marshall Bard Heins, appointment to Position Three, for a term to expire July 20, 2017;

Zachary R. Hodges, reappointment to Position Five, for a term to expire July 20, 2017;

and

Glenn E. Airola, reappointment to Position Seven, for a term to expire July 20, 2017.

Pursuant to the bylaws of the Memorial City Redevelopment Authority, appointment of a director to the Board of Directors of this Zone constitutes appointment of that director to the corresponding position of the Board of Directors of the Authority for the same term.
