Pursuant to Chapter 311, Texas Tax Code, and City of Houston Ordinance 98-713, I am nominating the following individuals for appointment or reappointment to the Reinvestment Zone Number Eleven, City of Houston, Texas (Greater Greenspoint Zone) Board of Directors, subject to City Council confirmation:

Melody Kelly Douglas, Aldine Independent School District representative, appointment to Position Six, for a term to expire August 31, 2017;

Elvin Franklin, Jr., Harris County representative, reappointment to Position Seven, for a term to expire August 31, 2017;

and

Seth L. Sharr, Spring Independent School District representative, reappointment to Position Nine, for a term to expire August 31, 2016.

Pursuant to the bylaws of the Greater Greenspoint Redevelopment Authority, appointment of a director to the Board of Directors of this Zone will also constitute appointment of the director to the Board of Directors of the Authority for the same term.
