To establish a public hearing date for the Fifth Amended Project Plan and Reinvestment Zone Financing Plan for Reinvestment Zone Number Eleven, City of Houston, Texas (Greater Greenspoint Zone)
SPECIFIC EXPLANATION:
On October 21, 2025, the Board of Directors of Reinvestment Zone Number Eleven (“Greater Greenspoint Zone”) and the Greater Greenspoint Redevelopment Authority (DBA North Houston Development Corporation) will consider the proposed Fifth Amended Project Plan and Reinvestment Zone Financing Plan for the Greater Greenspoint Zone (the “Amended Plan”) and submit the Amended Plan to the City for consideration by City Council. The Amended Plan will reflect proposed changes to the boundaries of the Greater Greenspoint Zone.
Pursuant to Texas Tax Code Section 311.011(e), a public hearing must be held prior to City Council’s consideration of approving the Amended Plan. The Administration recommends that City Council set the public hearing date for November 5, 2025.
