George Albert DeMontrond, appoint to Position One, for a term set to expire January 1, 2028;
Barry N. Mandel, reappoint to Position Two, for a term to expire January 1, 2028;
William Taylor, reappoint to Position Three, for a term to expire January 1, 2028;
Thomas W. Flaherty, reappoint to Position Four, for a term to expire January 1, 2027;
