HCD conducted a Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for HOPWA services in March 2025 with a one-year renewal option at the City’s discretion.  Houston SRO was one of the selected agencies.  This Agreement will begin on the date of countersignature of the City Controller and provide funding through September 30, 2026.

Houston SRO has received funding from the City since 1999 and had no findings on their last compliance monitoring review.
