Pursuant to Chapter 3910 of the Texas Special District Local Laws Code and City of Houston, Texas Ordinance No. 2017-259 and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors (“Board”) of Harris County Improvement District No. 23 (“District”), I nominate the following individuals for appointment or reappointment to the Board of the District, subject to Council confirmation:
Dan Lipnick, reappointment to Position One, for a term to expire on June 1, 2027;
Nduke “ND” Kalu, reappointment to Position Two, for a term to expire on June 1, 2027;
Adam Williams, reappointment to Position Three, for a term to expire June 1, 2027;
Lloyd Kenady Davis III, reappointment to Position Four, for a term to expire June 1, 2027;
Sakina Lanig, reappointment to Position Five, for a term to expire June 1, 2029;
D. Bruce Fincher, appointment to Position Six, for a term to expire on June 1, 2029;
Samuel C. Dike, reappointment to Position Seven, for a term to expire June 1, 2029.
