Pursuant to Section 335.035 of the Texas Local Government Code, I am reappointing  

Mr. Juan C. Garcia as Chair of the Harris County-Houston Sports Authority, for a term to expire August 31, 2027, subject to confirmation by the City Council and the concurrent appointment of Mr. Garcia as Chair by the Harris County Commissioners Court.
