The Planning and Development Department recommends amending Ordinance No. 2023-1027, approved by City Council on November 29, 2023, to correct Section 3 to 5,000 square feet and the legal descriptions in Exhibit A. In the legal descriptions, the subdivision is Woodland Terrace, not Woodlawn Terrace.
The Planning and Development Department recommends that the City Council approve the amendment and establish a Special Minimum Lot Size of 5,000 square feet for the 700 block of Ridge Street, north and south sides, between Watson and Reagan Streets.
