The Planning and Development Department recommends amending Ordinance No. 2024-758, approved by City Council on October 9, 2024, to correct Section 3 and Exhibit A. The current legal descriptions in Exhibit A will be replaced with the legal descriptions for the 400 block of Byrne Street, north side, between Helen and Florence Streets. The amendment will also add “square” to 5,000 feet in Section 3.
The Planning and Development Department recommends City Council approve the amendment and establish a Special Minimum Lot Size of 5,000 square feet for the 400 block of Byrne Street, north side, between Helen and Florence Streets.
