Pursuant to Texas Tax Code, Chapter 311 and City of Houston, Texas Ordinance No. 2015-1257, I am nominating the following individuals for appointment to the Board of Directors of Reinvestment Zone Number Twenty-Seven, City of Houston, Texas (Montrose Zone), subject
to City Council confirmation:
Katy Caldwell, appointment to Position Two, for a term to expire December 31, 2026;
Elizabeth A. Larson, appointment to Position Four, for a term to expire December 31, 2026;
and
T. Ray Purser, appointment to Position Six, for a term to expire December 31, 2026.
Pursuant to the Bylaws of the Montrose Redevelopment Authority (“Authority”), appointment by the City of a person to the corresponding position of the Board of the Montrose Zone shall constitute appointment by the City of such person to the corresponding position of the Board of the Authority.
