RECOMMENDATION to place a proposed tax rate of $0.55160 on each $100 of taxable value on the October 16, 2024 agenda with adoption of such a tax rate expected to result in an increase of the City's ad valorem tax revenues for the current fiscal year in an amount greater than five percent more than the ad valorem property tax revenues collected during the immediately preceding fiscal year.
