I am nominating the following individuals for reappointment to the Board of Directors of Reinvestment Zone Number Eighteen, City of Houston, Texas, Fifth Ward Zone,

subject to Council confirmation:

Alice Kirkmon, reappointment to Position One, for a term to expire July 20, 2025;

Harvey Clemons Jr., reappointment to Position Two, for a term to expire July 20, 2024, and to serve as Chair for a term ending December 31, 2024;

Kathy Flanagan Payton, reappointment to Position Three, for a term to expire July 20, 2025; and

Allison Hay, reappointment to Position Five, for a term to expire July 20, 2025.

Pursuant to the bylaws of the Fifth Ward Redevelopment Authority, appointment of a director to the Board of Directors of this Zone will also constitute appointment of the director to the corresponding position on the Board of Directors of the Authority for the same term.
