Summary:

ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 2022-242, passed and approved on April 6, 2022, Ordinance establishing the north and south sides of the 900-1000 block of Aurora Street, within the City of Houston, Texas as a special minimum lot size requirement block pursuant to Chapter 42 of the Code of Ordinances, Houston, Texas - DISTRICT H - CISNEROS

Background:

The Planning and Development recommends approval to amend Ordinance No. 2022-242, passed by City Council on April 6, 2022, by correcting the Special Minimum Lot Size to 3,000 square feet within Section 4 of the ordinance (page 2). Ordinance No. 2022-242 established a Special Minimum Lot Size Block requirement for the 900 - 1000 block of Aurora Street, north and south sides, between Baylor Street and Princeton Street.

 

The Planning and Development Department recommends City Council to approve the amendment to Ordinance No. 2022-242.
