The software renewal and upgrades encompass hosting, database maintenance, and bug-fix support for the core system, along with the implementation of specific enhancements during the period between July 1, 2023, to September 30, 2024. UR International, Inc. is the exclusive service provider since it holds the sole rights to modify and provide subscriptions for this product.
UR International, Inc. is the sole company with access to source code and thus the only company that can make updates for features and defects to any UR International, Inc. software. UR International, Inc. is also the only company that is authorized to provide ongoing support and exclusively controls access to new software downloads, documentation, and customer service processes as well as the software renewal process.
