As required by the Texas Election Code, the proposed ordinance appoints presiding and alternate judges for the Early Voting Ballot Boards, central counting stations, and City election precincts for the General Election to be held November 7, 2023. The proposed ordinance also establishes the maximum number of election clerks for each City election precinct and their rates of pay.
