The Housing and Community Development (HCD) Department is requesting Council appropriation of $14,388,041.69 of TIRZ Affordable Housing Funds for single-family and disaster recovery activities, as well as to administer HCD’s affordable home activities.
This Ordinance appropriates funds for administrative use. For direct program activities, specific contracts will be brought to Council for allocation in accordance with local procurement rules. A brief description of each TIRZ funding category follows.
