Pursuant to Chapter 3860 of the Texas Special District Local Laws Code, House Bill No. 4795, 81st Legislature, 2009 Regular Session and City of Houston, Texas Ordinance No. 2011-358, I am nominating the following individuals for appointment or reappointment to the Board of Directors of the Five Corners Improvement District (formerly Harris County Improvement District No. 10-B), as recommended by the District’s Board of Directors, subject to Council confirmation:

 

Edna N. Deauvearo, reappointment to Position One, for a term to expire June 1, 2023;

Homer L. Clark, reappointment to Position Two, for a term to expire June 1, 2025;

Vivian Harris, reappointment to Position Three, for a term to expire June 1, 2023;

Kamal Rasheed, appointment to Position Four, for a term to expire June 1, 2025;

Melva D. Thornton, reappointment to Position Five, for a term to expire June 1, 2023;

Edward Teamer, reappointment to Position Six, for a term to expire June 1, 2025;

Vernon N. Smith, reappointment to Position Seven, for a term to expire June 1, 2023;

Nina K. Springer, reappointment to Position Eight, for a term to expire June 1, 2025;

and

George A. Anderson, reappointment to Position Nine, for a term to expire June 1, 2023.
