Motion to set a date not less than seven (7) days from January 19, 2022, to receive nominations for one of two City of Houston appointees to the Port Commission of the Port of Houston Authority of Harris County. Under Special District Local Laws Code, Chapter 5007 (added by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 139 (H.B. 1642), eff. September 1, 2013), the term of this position is two years ending on February 1 of each even-numbered year.
The current term expired February 1, 2022.
