Pursuant to City of Houston, Texas Ordinance No. 2013-708 and 2015-220, I am nominating the following individuals for appointment or reappointment to the Board of Directors of Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone Number Twenty-Five (also known as the Hiram Clarke/Fort Bend Zone), subject to City Council confirmation:

TJ Tijani, reappointment to Position One, for a term to expire August 13, 2023;

George A. Anderson, reappointment to Position Three, for a term to expire August 13, 2023;

Brandi Harleaux, appointment, Position Four, for an unexpired term ending August 13, 2022;

Homer L. Clark, reappointment to Position Five, for a term to expire August 13, 2023; and

Horace C. Allison, reappointment to Position Seven, for a term to expire August 13, 2023.

Pursuant to the bylaws of the Hiram Clarke/Fort Bend Redevelopment Authority (“Authority”), as approved by City of Houston, Texas, Resolution No. 2015-19, appointment of a director to the Board of Directors of this Zone constitutes appointment of that director to the corresponding position of the Board of Directors of the Authority for the same term.
