The Administration & Regulatory Affairs Department and Houston Public Works Department reviewed the applications and held a virtual public hearing on October 19, 2021, to discuss and ensure any outstanding issues with the proposed area were satisfactorily resolved within the community. The required public hearing notice was sent to all addresses within a 200 feet boundary of the requested zone, the Montrose/Neartown Super Neighborhood, the Washington Avenue/Memorial Super Neighborhood, the Upper Kirby Management District, and the Greater Third Ward Super Neighborhood.
