RESOLUTION amending Resolution No. 2021-19 approving and authorizing the nomination of VILLAGE PRACTICE MANAGEMENT COMPANY, LLC to the Texas Economic Development Bank established by the Texas Economic Development and Tourism Office within the Office of the Governor for designation as an Enterprise Project

SUBJECT: A resolution amending Resolution 2021-19 approving and authorizing the nomination of Village Practice Management, LLC as an Enterprise Project.

RECOMMENDATION:

Council approves a resolution amending Resolution 2021-19 approving and authorizing the nomination of Village Practice Management, LLC as an Enterprise Project.

SPECIFIC EXPLANATION:

On May 12, 2021, City Council adopted Resolution No. 2021-19 approving the nomination of Village Practice Management, LLC,  for the June 1, 2021 quarterly cycle. Subsequently, the Governor's Office of Economic Development and Tourism returned the application for enterprise project designation and requested correction of name in Resolution 2021-19 to the nominee's exact legal name. The amendment is to substitute the nominee's correct legal name "Village Practice Management Company, LLC” for the name "Village Practice Management, LLC ".
