RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended City Council approve an ordinance authorizing the Sale of a 10 foot-wide sanitary sewer easement, located in Restricted Reserve G, Block 4 of the Amending Plat of the Amending Plat of Stablewood Addition, out of the James Wharton Survey, A-871, in exchange for a consideration of $94,650.00. Parcel SY20-033
SPECIFIC EXPLANATION: Robert Erni, Jones | Carter, 2322 West Grand Parkway North, Suite 150, Katy, Texas, 77449, on behalf of Farish Circle, LLC, (Stuart Beken, Managing Partner), requested the sale of a 10 foot-wide sanitary sewer easement, located in Restricted Reserve G, Block 4 of the Amending Plat of the Amending Plat of Stablewood Addition, out of the James Wharton Survey, A-871. The applicant will use the easement to provide private sanitary sewer service from the existing 10 inch public sanitary line in Stable Lane/Harness Creek Lane to five new residential lots along Farish Circle. The Joint Referral Committee reviewed and approved this request.
Farish Circle, LLC, has completed the transaction requirements, has accepted the City's offer, and has rendered payment in full.

Valued at $100.00 per square foot x 50%
TOTAL SALE $94,650.00
Therefore, it is recommended City Council approve an ordinance authorizing the sale of a 10 foot-wide sanitary sewer easement, located in Restricted Reserve G, Block 4 of the Amending Plat of the Amending Plat of Stablewood Addition, out of the James Wharton Survey, A-871, in exchange for a consideration of $94,650.00.
FISCAL NOTE: Revenue for this item is included in the FY2022 Adopted Budget. Therefore, no Fiscal Note is required as stated in the Financial Policies.
