Pursuant to Chapter 3834 of the Texas Special District Local Laws Code and City of Houston, Texas Ordinance No. 2006-849, I am nominating the following individuals for appointment or reappointment to the Board of Directors of the Brays Oaks Management District (Harris County Improvement District No. 5), as recommended by the District Board of Directors, subject to Council confirmation:
Ralph Simison Rieger, reappointment to Position One, for a term to expire June 1, 2025;
Sylvia Jean Rivas, reappointment to Position Two, for a term to expire June 1, 2025;
Sheri L. Cortez, reappointment to Position Three, for a term to expire June 1, 2025;
Brandon J. Herndon, reappointment to Position Four, for a term to expire June 1, 2025;
Cindy Peden Chapman, reappointment to Position Five, for a term to expire June 1, 2025; and
Ronald Plotkin, appointment to Position Six, for a term to expire June 1, 2025.
