Pursuant to City of Houston, Texas Ordinance No. 1999-759 , I am nominating the following individuals for appointment or reappointment to the Reinvestment Zone Number Seventeen (Memorial City), City of Houston, Texas Board of Directors, subject to Council confirmation:

Andy Iversen, appointment to Position One, for a term to expire July 20, 2023;

David P. Durham, reappointment to Position Three, for a term to expire July 20, 2023;

Zachary R. Hodges, reappointment to Position Five, for a term to expire July 20, 2023;

and

Dan Moody, III, appointment to Position Seven, for a term to expire July 20, 2023.

Pursuant to the bylaws of the Memorial City Redevelopment Authority (“Authority”), as approved by City of Houston, Texas Resolution No. 2002-26, appointment of a director to the Board of Directors of this Zone constitutes appointment of that director to the corresponding position of the Board of Directors of the Authority for the same term.
