Position One - JAMES O’NEAL DEAN, reappointment, for a term to expire 8/31/2022

Position Two - SANDRA NORRIS-DECKARD, appointment, for a term to expire 8/31/2023

Position Three - ART MURILLO, reappointment, for a term to expire 8/31/2022

Position Four - JOSÉ RIVERA, appointment, for a term to expire 8/31/2023

Position Five - ERVIN H. BAUMEYER, reappointment, for a term to expire 8/31/2022

Dear Council Members:

 

Pursuant to Chapter 311, Texas Tax Code, and City of Houston Ordinance 98-713, I am nominating the following individuals for appointment or reappointment to the Reinvestment Zone Number Eleven, City of Houston, Texas (Greater Greenspoint Zone) Board of Directors, subject to City Council confirmation:

 

James O’Neal Dean, reappointment to Position One, for a term to expire August 31, 2022;

Sandra Norris-Deckard, appointment to Position Two, for a term to expire August 31, 2023;

Art Murillo, reappointment to Position Three, for a term to expire August 31, 2022;

José Rivera, appointment to Position Four, for a term to expire August 31, 2023, and

Ervin H. Baumeyer, reappointment to Position Five, for a term to expire August 31, 2022.

 

Pursuant to the bylaws of the Greater Greenspoint Redevelopment Authority, appointment of a director to the Board of Directors of this Zone will also constitute appointment of the director to the Board of Directors of the Authority for the same term.
