Summary:

ORDINANCE approving and authorizing the second amended and restated Strategic Partnership Agreement between the City of Houston and WEST HARRIS COUNTY MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 2 - DISTRICT A - STARDIG

Background:
The Planning Department has negotiated a second amendment to the Strategic Partnership Agreement with West Harris County MUD No. 2.  The amendment will add land to the SPA/LPA area.

Public Hearings were held on November 5, 2014 & November 12, 2014.
