Summary:

ORDINANCE approving and authorizing first amending and restated Strategic Partnership Agreement between the City of Houston and HARRIS COUNTY MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 62

Background:
The Planning Department has negotiated an amendment to the Strategic Partnership Agreement with Harris County MUD No. 62.  There are no boundary changes associated with this amendment.  The amendment is only to remove language related to a developer no longer involved with the project. 
Prior Council Action:

Public Hearings were held on November 5, 2014 & November 12, 2014.
