Summary:

ORDINANCE approving and authorizing the second amended and restated Strategic Partnership Agreement between the City of Houston and FORT BEND COUNTY MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 30 - DISTRICT F - NGUYEN

Background:
The Planning Department has negotiated a second amendment to the SPA with Fort Bend County MUD No. 30.  The amendment adds land to the SPA/LPA area.
