Summary:

ORDINANCE approving and authorizing the first amended and restated Strategic Partnership Agreement between the City of Houston and DOWDELL PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT   DISTRICT A - STARDIG

Background:
The Planning Department has negotiated an amendment to the SPA with Dowdell PUD.  The amendment adds land to the SPA/LPA area.
