| | | | | | | | Background:
The Woodlands Land Development Co. is requesting the addition of seven parcels of land located in the COH's ETJ to the Township boundaries. They are also asking that we correct a scribner's error of no legal significance from Exhibit A of the first amendment to the agreement. Once added, the City will receive 1/16 of 1% of any sales tax generated on the property. Once they are added to the Township, the parcels will no longer be eligible for annextion into the City but due to their location, annexation is highly unlikely in the futute. |
