Pursuant to City of Houston, Texas Ordinance No. 2013-708 and 2015-220, I am nominating the following individual for appointment to the Board of Directors of Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone Number Twenty-Five (also known as the Hiram Clarke/Fort Bend Houston Zone), subject to City Council confirmation:
Phyllis J. Bailey, appointment to Position Six, for a term to expire August 13, 2022.
Pursuant to the bylaws of the Hiram Clarke/Fort Bend Redevelopment Authority (“Authority”), as approved by City of Houston, Texas, Resolution No. 2015-19, appointment of a director to the Board of Directors of this Zone constitutes appointment of that director to the corresponding position of the Board of Directors of the Authority for the same term.
