Purusant to Section 2-601 of the City of Houston Code of Ordinances, I am pleased to appoint Mr. Gary A. Glasscock as Director of Fleet Management, subject to City Council confirmation.  His resume is attached for your review.

 

I expect to place Mr. Glasscock's confirmation on the December 16, 2020, Council agenda and will become effective January 1, 2021.  I have asked him to make himself available to visit with each of you before then.
