The Planning and Development Department recommends amending Ordinance No. 2020-785 to replace the map in Exhibit "B" with the correct map depicting the properties affected by the ordinance. Ordinance No. 2020-785, approved by City Council on September 16, 2020, renewed the establishment of a Special Minimum Building Line Requirement Block of 15 feet for the 1700 block of Haver Street, north side, between Windsor and Ridgewood Streets.
The Planning and Development Department recommends City Council to approve the amendment to Ordinance No. 2020-785.
