The Housing and Community Development Department (HCDD) recommends Council approval of an Ordinance authorizing an appropriation of $3,000,000.00 of TIRZ Affordable Housing Funds for single family Community Development Block Grant - Disaster Recovery 2017 (CDBG -DR17) direct program activities.
Specific applicable contracts will be brought to Council for authorization of allocation in accordance with local procurement rules. A brief description of the TIRZ funding activity is as follows:
