Background:

 

SPECIFIC EXPLANATION:  

 

Pursuant to Texas Tax Code Sections 311.011(e), a public hearing must be held prior to City Council’s consideration of an ordinance amending the Project Plan.   The Administration recommends amending the project plan for Reinvestment Zone Number 24 (Greater Houston Zone) and setting the public hearing date on Wednesday, September 30, 2020.
