REQUEST from Mayor for confirmation of the reappointment of the following individuals to the HOUSTON FORENSIC SCIENCE CENTER LGC’S, INC BOARD OF DIRECTORS, for terms to expire June 30, 2017:

       Position Two   -  NICOLE B. CÁSAREZ

       Position Four   -  ENRIQUE V. “RICK” BARRERA

       Position Eight  -  WILLIE E. B. BLACKMON

Dear Council Members:

As you know, the Houston Forensic Science Center LGC, Inc. (HFSCLGC) is a local government corporation created by Resolution No. 2012-17 "to operate an independent center providing the City with accurate and timely analysis of forensic evidence and related services."  Subject to Council confirmation, I am reappointing the following individuals to the HFSCLGC's Board of Directors: 

Nicole B. Cásarez, reappointment to Position Two, for a term to expire June 30, 2017;

Enrique V. “Rick” Barrera, reappointment to Position Four, for a term to expire June 30, 2017; and

Willie E. B. Blackmon, reappointment to Position Eight, for a term to expire June 30, 2017.
