Pursuant to City of Houston, Texas Ordinance No. 1999-1330, I am nominating the following individuals for reappointment to the Board of Directors of Reinvestment Zone Number Twenty (“TIRZ”), subject to Council confirmation:
Dennis C. (Corky) Fowler, reappointment to Position One, for a term to expire December 20, 2021;
Welcome W. Wilson Jr., reappointment to Position Two, for a term to expire December 20, 2020, and to serve as Chair for a term ending December 31, 2020;
Kenneth C. Li, reappointment to Position Three, for a term to expire December 20, 2021;
Stephen T. Le, reappointment to Position Four, for a term to expire December 20, 2020;
Saul Valentin, reappointment to Position Five, for a term to expire December 20, 2021;
Dale Ada Davidson, reappointment to Position Six, for a term to expire December 20, 2020;
and
Feroze (Fred) Bhandara, reappointment to Position Seven, for a term to expire December 20, 2021.
Pursuant to the Bylaws of the Southwest Houston Redevelopment Authority (“Authority”), appointment of a director to the Board of Directors of TIRZ will also constitute appointment of such director to the corresponding position on the Board of Directors of the Authority for the same term.
