At the request of the Mayor by letter dated November 15, 2019, you are hereby officially notified of a SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING to be held in the Council Chamber, 2nd Floor, City Hall, 901 Bagby, at 1 :45 p.m., MONDAY, November 18, 2019, to consider the following:
