the following individuals for appointment or reappointment to the Board of
Directors of Harris County Improvement District No. 12, subject to Council
confirmation:
Kenneth S. Freed,
appointment to Position One, for a term to expire June 1, 2023;
Stephen C. Helm,
reappointment to Position Two, for a term to expire June 1, 2023;
David Bale, reappointment
to Position Three, for a term to expire June 1, 2023;
Preston Moore,
reappointment to Position Four, for a term to expire June 1, 2023;
Ashlee E. Ross,
appointment to Position Five, for an unexpired term ending June 1, 2021;
and
Billy J. Briscoe,
reappointment to Position Seven, for a term to expire June 1, 2021.
