Pursuant to Section 28-539 of the City of Houston Code of Ordinances, I am appointing or reappointing the following individuals to the Tower Permit Commission for a two-year term, subject to confirmation by City Council:

 

          Rob Todd, appointment to Position One and to serve as Chair;

          Linda Smith, appointment to Position Two;

          Christy B. Smidt, reappointment to Position Three;

          Teresa Lynn Flores, appointment to Position Four;

          Kerrick Henny, appointment to Position Five;

         Asim Tufail, appointment to Position Six; and

         John R. Melcher, reappointment to Position Seven.
