Pursuant to Chapter 311, Texas Tax Code, and City of Houston Ordinance 98-713, I am nominating the following individuals for appointment or reappointment to the Reinvestment Zone Number Eleven, City of Houston, Texas (Greater Greenspoint Zone) Board of Directors, subject to City Council confirmation:
James O’Neal Dean, appointment to Position One, for a term to expire August 31, 2020;
Charles H. Mock, reappointment to Position Two, for a term to expire August 31, 2019;
Art Murillo, reappointment to Position Three, for a term to expire August 31, 2020;
Jason Roth Fuller, appointment to Position Four, for a term to expire August 31, 2019;
Ervin H. Baumeyer, reappointment to Position Five, for a term to expire August 31, 2020;
Melody Douglas, (Aldine ISD Representative), reappointment to Position Six, for a term to expire
August 31, 2019;
Elvin Franklin, Jr., (Harris County Representative), reappointment to Position Seven, for a term to expire August 31, 2020, and will serve as Chair for a term ending December 31, 2018;
Jennifer Mott-Olenick, (Lone Star College Representative), appointment to Position Eight, for a term to expire August 31, 2019;
and
Seth L. Sharr, (Spring ISD Representative), reappointment to Position Nine, for a term to expire August 31, 2020.
Pursuant to the bylaws of the Greater Greenspoint Redevelopment Authority, appointment of a director to the Board of Directors of this Zone will also constitute appointment of the director to the Board of Directors of the Authority for the same term.
