SPECIFIC EXPLANATION
John Fuller an Engineer Operator Para was first injured while on duty on June 13, 2017. Engineer Operator Para Fuller was completing a call and returning equipment, while walking between the squad and ditch EOP Fuller lost his footing and fell into the ditch injuring his knees and legs.
Engineer Operator Para Fuller was approved for injury leave beginning on June 14, 2017. EOP Fuller was of work from until July 15, 2018 and began his transitional duty assignment on July 16, 2018. EOP Fuller made his year on June 14, 2018, and after the initial year, City Council approval is required. As such, this request is to approve leave beginning June 14, 2018 through July 15, 2018 which will result in the amount of $2,102.54.
