Summary:

ORDINANCE approving and authorizing the third amended and restated Strategic Partnership Agreement between the City of Houston and FORT BEND COUNTY MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 133

Background:

On November 6, 2012, Council passed an ordinance entering into a Limited Purpose Annexation with Fort Bend County MUD No. 133 (Ordinance No. 2012-0965). The Planning and Development Department is now recommending approval of an amendment to correct an error in the property description. This amendment will allow the exclusion of certain non-commercial proposed residential territory from the limited purpose annexation territory in Ordinance No. 2012-0965.
